I think this is rpm #7 on coppercoins site. Am I right? but he mentions a Cud on the reverse. Can anyone tell me where that occurs? If this is # 7 I must have a early die state, since all I see is a very thin crack on the left near where the wheat kernels and lines meet.

Nice! That sure looks like an RPM to me, and very similar by my eyes to 1940S-1MM-007

Or you could have a reverse that was changed out. The RPM book lists a change in about the same die state as your coin. Do the obverse markers match the 007 on coppercoins? If so that maybe another possibility. The coin could have been minted before the Cud (Earlier die state Not the same as EDS, just early MDS or a later one after the reverse was replaced. If so the reverse should be an EDS according to that publication. But re-checking your image you could an EDS. Just need to see the devices in other places. The L in LIBERTY is a good place to start.
