The images area a match. (the top one was pretty squashed, but edited fine) There is only one thing that troubles me on this one. That is the mark on the inside of the mint mark.

I am thinking that, if they are a match, the chip inside the mint mark would indicate a later die state, wouldn't it?

The BIE appears a little more developed (larger at the bottom of the "B") on Pete's . Possibly A later die state which might account for the mark on the MM ? Just noticed the break on Pete's also looks like it covers more of the "E" that the one listed on COC

Just curious, is there a die crack on the head. I have several of these that match up to -002 but they all have this die crack

So much for my nap.
I pull out my 1955s-116 which is the LDB4-1955S-002.
No mark on the inside of the MM.

Louis, no die crack above the eye.

There is a note on the listing for the - 002 which is probably for Louis's coins.

"DIE MARKERS: OBVERSE - SOME COINS MAY SHOW A LIGHT CRACKED SKULL."

So JC, is the OP's coin a later die stage because of the chip in the MM or is it a different die = New Listing?

lawest - it seems to look like 002 - and there appears to be the beginnings of the chip in the mm

These are a very good examples. If it's ok with both Pete & Louis I'll list both of these examples to show the different stages and how the die changes.

Neat progression. When I first looked at my coin, I did not see the crack on the skull. That was one of the things confusing me about it. So I looked again, and manipulated the lighting a bit. Here it is:
