Agree, the 1 kilo $250 Coat of Arms, the photo of it at least, is an outstanding sensational work of art.

New1954; you missed the point. I'm saying if I'm Plat+ because I spent $5000, then I deserve to be notified the same time as others at the same MC level and not be penalized because I choice not to support a rep. Everyone at the same tier gets the same opportunity.

CC-Ottawa, thank you for posting that pic. That coin is absolutely stunning.
If I was debating buying that for $2,400 or the 5 coin series, it's not even a debate. That 1 kg coin all the way. Both far too expensive for collecting purposes for me but wow that 1kg coin is an absolute work of art and only 500 mintage.

Quote: I made a decision to buy this coin over the 1967 Big Coins and I am glad I did after seeing this picture. The $2239 is above my budget too so its the 3 month payment plan for me.

I had to jump on this coin too.....just too darn nice not to. I have one other kilo coin (eyes of snowy owl) and they truly are a sight to behold!

It will not be re-salable coin (unlike the "Goose"), but this is the "jewel in the crown". [I will enjoy "The Coat of the Arms" for poor gentlemen - the Big 50c coin, its is just great, so assuming, the 1 kg coin is amazing]

Oh man, now you have me thinking MoneyPenny. How many payments will they extend for this coin? This coin will be an absolutely stunning display piece with the 1kg size. I've messaged my rep about the payment plan on this coin.

@SoulBrotherNo.3,
For me, it was 3 monthly payments of $776.65 each. Much easier than the full $2329.

Awesome coin MoneyPenny!!
I purchased the first two kilo coins back in the days (but eventually sold with a fairly decent profit...)
I see that they have a serrated edge now so this is good.
