Looks like an XF45, maybe AU50.

Appears to have some rub and luster breaks that rule out MS. AU-55 or 58 depending on luster.

My initial impression is MS-61.

Looks MS63 with a good shot at 64 unless of course there are high point rubs (as noted above). Then it would be AU++. You should be able to hold the rims and rotate/tilt the coin under a light source to see if there are luster breaks.
