With a little more detail visible on either inscription, I might be able to help you narrow down the attribution. My gut tells me that since the portal is a little more stylized, it is more likely Philip I. If possible, can you post better pics that bring out the inscription details a smidge more? Upper left and down right a moon. And upper right and down left some kind of fleur de lis. I compared these with the ones of Philip I le gross . IN the crescent there you see an S on two sides.
