low low ball...so low and so many issues with the reverse, it would really not grade. P01 would be a high grade for this.

Reverse appears to have been sanded, which isn't okay with most low ball collectors.

Too much detail to make Poor: Fair Details, damaged. Also looks more like an 1882 than an 1883.

FR-2, at that grade I don't think "details" will matter.
