My partner has started to collect £2 coins and we came across a Britannia coin yesterday which we noticed was not dated neither did it have the stamped "two pounds" on it which we have seen every other coin have. We did try searching the internet for a little more information about the coin but had no joy. If anyone could give us some information it would be much appreciated

Any idea if its always the case that the inner and outer components of the coin are always misaligned ?.
As in how the Queens head lines up with the inscription
