Second, what you have here is a 1920-D Wheat cent that has been worn through typical use as a coin. It also has been damaged by cutting a series of radial marks around the circumference. It is interesting PMD, but likely removes most of the numismatic value. I'm going to recommend moving this over to US modern coins, where those folks can also weigh in with their thoughts.
