Doesn't look baggy; the scratches are a bit too "organized".
And the reverse is almost untouched.
I believe it has been improperly handled/stored.
Rest in Peace

I'm with kanga . Also it's original ,probably MS-63 . Reverse could push it to 64 .

Those long horizontal hairlines on the obverse are a little concerning.

A true (already graded by PCGS or NGC) MS-63 can be had for around the $450 range, and perhaps less if you are patient.

I myself would save the extra $100 for a MS-63 and get one that is for sure in that grade.

The reverse is beautiful, but the light scratches and hairlines on the obverse limit the appeal and may push the MS grade down. $329 would be a little high for me.

The coin appears to have full luster and the fields are free of friction and contact marks. Liberty's cheek shows some rub and faint hairlines but I'd bet they are less visible in-hand.

I wouldn't be surprised to see this coin in an MS64 slab. The cheek disturbances could bring it to a 63 net grade. The $329 asking price might be OK; if you like the coin maybe you could haggle a bit.

Agree. Scratches most distracting. Too expensive - wait for a better one.

MS62 also. there is a long shot that it might pull a 63 as the reverse is pretty nice

So the auction was ending last night and it had 0 bids. 4 hours before the end I offered $250 but the seller declined. Thank you to all that responded and saved me money!
