can anyone tell me if they have ever come across this piece? is it a one of a kind? I've tried Museums in Serbia, Croatia & others that made up the old Yugoslavia. no luck
any help would be great

The certificate of authenticity says something like the following (apologies, but this is a google translate from Croatian):

"Expressing the desire of all peoples of the socialist republic of bosnia and hercegovina, the economic bank of sarajevo made the decision to issue two jubilee gold coins on the occasion of the 80th birthday of the president of the republic's other title and its re-proclamation for the Yugoslav hero.

5000 pieces weight 8gr diameter 22mm.
2000 pieces of 14gr bar 28mm.

Artwork and plastic processing was made by the Nebojsa Mitric, the academic sculptor."

Did you find out any more as I am struggling also?
