This Canadian 2 dollar bill is in an estate collection I'm in charge of reviewing. I've compared it with the more valuable "Devil's Face" and, alas, I think this has the modified portrait. Am I right?

Also, how would you grade this note?

I'll scan the reverse if necessary. Many thanks in advance.

Modified portrait - Charlton Cat# BC-38b - Grade F15-F18 based on the front image (signs of tearing on the center vertical fold) - Value $7 CAD

it may have a "book value", but I don't think you will be able to actually sell this for much more than face value or so. I get these offered to me by banks (at face value) all the time, they are not rare in this condition.
