I recently went through 30/50 rolls of an uncirculated bank box of 2016 D pennies. I came across what I initially thought was an error, but when I was finding two per roll I realized it might be a variety! I kept two rolls of the weird ones...
Above the left concave of the shield on the reverse is what appears to be a dimple on the rim. Not every coin had this maybe 1-3 per roll if any. I'll do my best to get photos that do justice!
I wish I had my old iPhone 4 to use the microscope I have for it for better pics... but these should get my point across it's very obvious to naked eye of a collector it seems
Opinions greatly appreciated! After finding 100+ I figured they weren't errors
