Sorry,but I don't think so. It looks like the normal master hub doubling you see on most 1972 p & d cents.

I assure you that this is Die #1. I probably just need to retake the photos. I am 100 percent sure that this is more than master die doubling.

This coin In my opinion is probably worth about $10-15 maybe based on grade?
