Just noticed a curved mark on the bottom of this Proof Dime is it a common error? Came out of a Prestige Set or does hurt the value? like instead 15 cents its worth 10 cents lol

That is Die Deterioration. (yes it even happens on proof coins also) that is causing the loop from the tail of the 9 and through the motto. Not a plus or minus in value, just a normal coin from an aging die. When the third party graders grade aging dies, machine damage coins, they consider them as normal coins. It is what happens to the coin after it was struck is what they grade on.

Considering proof dies are only used for about 3500 - 5000 coins it is surprising there would be that much Die Deterioration. especially since it appears on both sides. There have been cases of the dimes being bent by the machine that press them into the proof set holders
