I got back into hobby for fun and part time business. Spotted this one in a 5,000ct bag several years ago. Just been holding onto it..... junk or worth holding?

Looks like is was placed between two other cents and then placed between to boards. Then a large hammer hit them. It transferred the devices to you coin in only one area. If they were all transferred then I would suspect a vise was used. But this was done outside the mint. PSD. (Post Strike Damaged)

It's called both a hammer or vise job. I would keep it for an example if you ever find another. PMD and worth about $0.01

PMD, most likely a fake double strike

Coop: thanks PMD was indeed my exact thoughts. Had to be sandwiched between two pennies was my first impression. Coin Collector 2000: I actually have several tubes of "odd Coins". I have been putting them aside for years. Many are probably nothing more then PMD examples. Once I find those tubes I will study them and ask you all to grace me with your vast knowledge on the more perplexing examples. Its great to be back, thank you all so very much.

The biggest clue on these are the mirrored devices on the coin that are incuse.
