Could go 65 today if the light is just catching that hit right in the photo and it is minor in hand. More than likely though it would grade 64. I am not seeing anything that would make me think less than that.
The coin looks no higher than MS 63. Heritage lost a law suit in 1989 for 1.2 million for inflated grading. At that time the coins graded by Heritage were about half the actual graded value.
Also who's to say the coin being sold is the one that was originally graded? I have some of those old heritage graded papers I could toss in a new flip along with a coin of the same date.
