Interesting 1983 D Quarter Error

I've spent a lot of time looking at this quarter trying to figure out what kind of error this is are. On the reverse there is a line under the left eagle wing and something that looks like the tip(upside down) of the wing under the right wing, also a line that extends below the branch. While researching online I found a photo on another coin forum that looks exactly like this quarter. The post is dated 2010 so I did not post to that forum and hesitate to post the link here since I am not sure of the rules. Does anyone have an opinion as to what this error could be?
