The only "marker" I see is the scratch/polishing line dropping down from the tail of the 9.

May be unlisted.

Thanks uruman - I can see the similarities. If it is that one, I am thinking it may be a later die state. The shape of the break is different enough that I did not stop and study 016. The mm placement seems about right.

I saw enough differences with any listed so that I sent JC a note about it yesterday. I will let you know what he says.

In the meantime, I would welcome any other thoughts.

Your best marker is the mint mark on the date. The locations/shape of the mint marks can be different and easier to match to a known die number.

I meant the listings for for the BIE and other anomalies listed on the breakdown of the dies.
