Hey Guys, I am not really a mint error collector but this dime looked a little funny on the rim. Looks like its slightly off center. What is this? Any premium for something like this or do I spend it?

The obverse collar markings on the rim makes me think the collar is more involved. The spread in opposite directions looks similar to a wide collar issue.

Might double check the diameter and coins edge. Thanks, Doug.
