Back when I started this project in September/October, I did not know that I was going to be offered a job half way across the country, and that I would accept this job and be moving half a million coins more than 1,500 miles.

Once I got started with the move, things had to be shelved, and the cent project was one of many things I had to shelf for the move. I am now working on getting it back out of the moth balls, working on it once again.

I, however, am very slow at entering data, especially this volume of data. It is working, but rather slowly. I had planned (before taking a job and moving) to work on this data up to five hours a week until completed, but that time schedule has been drastically pushed back by a full time job, which I did not have when I started the project.

So...what this means to those who submitted data (thank you) and to the public at large who is interested in seeing the results of this data...it's delayed. No secret. If I have to work on the data by myself and publish the outcome myself, it may be June before I am completely finished with all of it.

Want to help? If you're the kind who is good at paying attention to detail, can enter numeric data, and can interpret some confusing homemade data sheets sent in by some of our beloved volunteers, please contact me. I could use the help.

Thanks.

I would also be willing to take a look at some of the sheets and help where I can.
