Watched the Gson play the season final game last night. We won't mention the score. Though we were 9-0 going in. What I noticed was the number of guest that had brought their lawn chairs, 80 yards of bleachers and lawn chairs, on the guest side. So I hunted that area today, found $3.25 in clad. Found 3 quarters 3 penny, and a nickel fresh on top of the ground, dug 1 dime 9 quarters and 7 penny shallow to 6 inches deep. Total clad for the day $3.25. Have searched the home side last year with the Ace 350 with poor results. Will need to do that side again with the AT Pro, toward the end of the hunt I used the standard mode Zero, normally I use the standard coin mode, trying to transition to Pro zero mode. Webekin

Returned this morning to hunt the Home field side! Found 7 quarters 1 nickel 4 dimes, and 8 Penny's. At one point behind the bleachers, I found 2 quarters touching in the grass! Also 2 other quarters were close to each other! One dime was on top, everything else was dug! Webekin

Are those coins just spare change or are they worth something?

I love metal detecting. Even if you don't find anything, the exercise was worth it. The fact that you found something of value during your quest is great.

That is some nice detecting.

I spent years detecting sites like that. I would let the change build up,
then use it to buy silver 90% silver.
