There's a lot of red in this coin. I'd like to hear some opinions on what people think the grade is and if you think the Red influences your grading judgement?

I'm going to start off true guessing with a ms63 RB from ICCS if you graded through them. The high points all look nice, from what I can see there are no dings or damage. Very nice coin, might just be me, but possibly cleaned before? Color looks a little strange to me, but could be the lighting used

I'm at a 63RB as well. I don't think I see any wear.
