Definitely not the same ones, are they. And they're not the easy ones...

They are both the same RPM. Something is on the coin on the darker color one. Maybe some residue from a previous cleaning?

Thanks Biederccoins and coop I see that residue and it could be from before as you said, sometimes I use verdi-care to take some of the dirt these old cents came with.
