What do you all think. Doubling around quarter dollar, mint mark, and word liberty.

It is Die Deterioration that was on the die when your coin was struck. They way you can tell it is the devices on the left side of of the coin show that die wear on the left side of the devices. The devices on the right side show the die wear on the right side of the devices. The ones at the top and the bottom show this on the direction of the closest rims. Just like your coin. It is not a doubled die, but is because of die wear.
