Considering sending in a few of these to get graded or will just sell to recover some cash. Thoughts?

I am pretty close to Paralyse on all the grades. But I don't think any of these are even close to being of a value that warrants paying for a TPG to grade them.

I pretty much agree as well, except for the IHC - the '74 has a sharp full Liberty, so I'd say VF-30 here, and the '76 is to me a F-12 by today's standards.

I think the posted grades are in the ballpark.

For me it is coins like these that I like sending into ANACS.

The grading cost can be a little as $10 per coin, and seem to
sell well on ebay.

with moxking.

Don't bother with TPG if you intend to sell,
because the cost of fees for shipping and grading will not cover the higher price you may ask for in selling them.

I always prefer to grade my own coins anyway.

Sell them raw, if you need to. Grade these as honestly as you can. It will help with your feedback if you ebay them. Still have to pay ebay fees, and factor in shipping costs.
