The nominal grading fee at PCGS and NGC is around $35 for a coin like this, but with insured Registered mail both ways and the handling fee that the grading services add, you'll probably spend close to $100 total. It's still well worth it if the coin is slabbed as genuine since buyers will be much more willing to pay for a certified/graded coin.
I'd guess your coin has Very Good detail. The glossy surfaces suggest the coin has been cleaned which will hurt the value some. The grading service will note "cleaned" on the label if they decide that is the case.
