Hi all found this and thinking it was glue gave it a three days soak n acetone now iam thinking it is something else. what do you all think? thanks

Looks like an a strike was attached to the coin and the paper got wet and stained the coin.

Could it be some type of epoxy? Acetone does not remove all adhesives.

TO me .. looks like a stain ..
You might get it off .. most likely it will look
like something was removed.
