May be a candidate. It lucked out and kept such a strong date, that might be only thing that "keeps it" at a FR-02. Good luck! Cool coin.

Thanks to everyone that replied. I paid $5 for it and I figured I would take a chance of it being P-01. I will send it in if I ever get around to submitting some coins.

Looks like a good PO-1 candidate to me.
The date might be too strong, but "no date" would not grade. I think it depends on how flat that date is, that is, the circulation cameo is the only thing really making it visible.
