I found this nickel today and was wondering if anyone knew how many were minted. It was counterstamped.

I can't see the coin well enough to tell what the counterstamp is, but if it's what I think it is, there were a bunch.

Just to be clear .. the U.S. Mint did not counterstamp this coin.

Someone did it after ... unless it is known who did it .. and they tell,
Figuring out how many would be impossible
