2016 S Business Strike Fort Moultrie Quarter, Grade Please

paralyse Bedrock of the Community United States 12057 Posts	Posted 11/21/2016 9:42 pm The dies do not appear to have been well prepped for this strike, the planchets were not handled carefully/improperly prepared, or some combination of both. The neck, midline hair, and cheek look to have abrasion and contact marks which is surprising for a mint-fresh coin. MS64 would be top end IMO. This is poor quality work.
