Since I don't dabble in the forbidden fruit of countermarks I won't hazard a guess about their authenticity. Three does seem a bit over the top, but...since this strike was technically a prewar issue and from Mexico City, the A's on the obverse look to be the incorrect font for that mint. Since the reverse shows what I believe to be a correct A, it's as though they used some combination of authentic die or mule coin for the reverse and a homemade creation for the obverse that ended up needing some enhancement. Thus the addition of countermarks. The obverse would be a red flag for me even if there were no countermarks.
After a more careful look at the reverse, I see what looks to be a rim on the outer edge of the denticles in the area of REX through the denomination. The coin looks like a poorly made cast to me. But...just my opinion.
