First thought was PMD but looking carefully it has no sign of (imo),its very smooth the area when I touch it also looks like there is some of the rim left in the area ,so took some pictures to try and figure out what's going on with this coin with the dear members help, thanks all!

PMD for sure. This penny has met a hammer or two in its lifetime. The smoothness you're talking about is just when the penny got back into circulation for a few more years. This is how I see it panning out: the penny is brand new, and goes into circulation. A couple years later, when it isn't BU anymore, kids think it would be fun to destroy it. They hit it with a hammer, and put it into circulation again. Then 50+ years after that, you find/buy it.

Probably not worth anything, but it sure is a cool keepsake!
