Not seeing the doubling, but take a look at the "UNITED STATES oF AMERICA"

Looks like normal machine damage to me. It happened after the strike, and then was damaged.

Not normal MD,the doubling is on both sides of the same letter.

It's probably Strike Doubling and Die Deterioration, (both of which fall under the category of Strike Doubling because the doubling occurred at the time of the strike. They both also fall under the category of Machine Damage. lol

" Die Deterioration Doubling" according to koinpro site. I am going to keep it because it looks cool.
