Hello,

I was wondering if I could have your opinions on this one. I know the seller has been discussed here. I like this one and it might go for a good price. I see what might be a rub on the reverse ( lower ribbon and corn leaf). But may be UNC. Not sure.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

I share your concern about what looks like possible rub on the reverse. His images of raw coins are tough to really discern the condition of a coin but he does have a 30 day money back guarantee. You will likely be blocked from future auctions if you should choose to use it from what I've read in the past.

Great Southern Coins is widely considered a questionable dealer.

Let me be delicate here...

Great Southern Coin's photographs are intended to present the coin in the best possible light.

Buy it only if it is still a good deal if the real grade were much lower. For example, An apparent MS62 is really an AU50-55.

I agree with the comments. I didn't even end up bidding. I'm surprised the coin went for $130. I'll probably stay away from this seller, but some coins do look good.

i got a nice deal on a twenty piece coin from him a while ago for 50$ and the coin was in the same condition as it looked in the photos to me. I think he's reliable.

I also purchased from them before.

Coin looked much better in their photo than in hand but I keep it anyway
