Got these along with like 68 more Morgan's from my cousin. Selling all of them except these two. Wanted to know what you thought,

First is a 1878 8TF PCGS ms63. I feel it is undergraded and could be a 64 which is worth double than what it is now.

Second is a 1883 Morgan. I feel it is a solid proof like or a dmpl. Wanted to get thoughts before I consider sending it in.

I think it would be tough to get a 64, If resubmitted it might get a 63+, but It would be a stretch to get a 4, I'd keep it where it is. On the 83, It has a 64/65 reverse, but the obverse is a 63 IMO, I'd say a net 63, possibly PL

Tough call ...

The first one is very close ..either MS 63 or 64. Hard to tell for
a coin like this .. from pictures. I would set it to the side, and compare
it with a known 64 .. in a week or two ... sometimes that works for me
when I am picking Morgan's to send in.

The second coin... PL Morgan's ..I have a lot of trouble taking good pictures
of. For me it is very hard to get mirror surfaces to come out .. like they look
in hand.

From these pictures .. I am not seeing PL

First one is 63 held back from 64 by the reverse spot between right wing and left wreath. On a good day it might pull a 64, if you get lucky. Some chatter in left obverse field but overall the eye appeal is pleasant.

Second one, MS63, PL reverse, obverse is semi PL. An attractive example of a slightly tougher date, well struck and with original toning. I would like to see a bit more cameo contrast and mirroring on the obverse to make a full PL designation, but the reverse is solid. This coin would sell well in a slab due to the strong eye appeal.
