First one is 63 held back from 64 by the reverse spot between right wing and left wreath. On a good day it might pull a 64, if you get lucky. Some chatter in left obverse field but overall the eye appeal is pleasant.
Second one, MS63, PL reverse, obverse is semi PL. An attractive example of a slightly tougher date, well struck and with original toning. I would like to see a bit more cameo contrast and mirroring on the obverse to make a full PL designation, but the reverse is solid. This coin would sell well in a slab due to the strong eye appeal.
