Note the normal coin below:

Note the 7 on the date of the normal and your coin. If you just looked at your coin, you would think that the device is enlarged. But comparing it to a normal example, you can see where the device was reduced from coin contact during circulation. So it was struck as a normal coin, then altered by coin contact. no doubled die. sorry

I am talking about the double serif on the end of the 7 not the size of it.
