You might want to ask about the Persian coin in the ancient section so it gets more attention and maybe get her a really old Persian coin.

Or: Just post your request in the WANT to buy forum. You might as well buy it from someone here.
Rest in Peace

Make a game of it. Make X number of presents, have everyone draw a number, give them the gift that matches their number.

No one can complain that you love Annabelle more.

Coins are hit or miss in my family. My kids would much rather have a starbucks or itunes giftcard than a "worthless" big piece of "old" silver. My uncle on the other hand loves coins and I bought him his first gold coin and have been building his set each year. For Easter and Halloween I give my nieces and nephew a silver round (ASE, Panda, and Kangaroo}, but for Xmas they get non coin related gifts. This year I bought them flatscreens and bluray players for their bedrooms (my sister is gonna be angry} It's all pay back from the time she bought my son a doll for Xmas when he was 4 and he cried all day. I promised I would pay her back for that and every year I spoil her kids.

That's awesome, Steele! Too bad the Tardis is already sold out--it's a bit much for a Christmas gift, but I could get it and hang onto it for her birthday.

I don't think Red Books would go over well in my family, though it might make for fine payback for the brother who gave me perfume. My other brother gave me THIS one year. Still looking for appropriate riposte.

In some parts of my family, Hanukkah gelt is definitely a stocking stuffer.
