1847 Large Cent, PMD Or Strike/Planchet Defect?

RK55 Pillar of the Community United States 2189 Posts	Posted 11/29/2016 4:19 pm I have had this kicking around. Is this just PMD?, or is it some type of strike defect or planchet defect?
