Almost EF but not quite.
VF30 details.
Rim ding and scratch on the reverse.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

VF30. Surfaces look a little bit off, so I think they'd tag it with a "cleaned" comment as well.

I would expect to see a fair bit of frosty luster in the legends for it to make EF,..and right now, I'm not seeing any luster.

I'd say either an EF40 cleaned (surfaces look off to me too) or just a net VF30 with no comment
