Went to the bank yesterday and picked up some rolls of dimes and the teller said she had a few silver dimes in her drawer ,and asked if I was interested. most were 68 but are magnetic The 2 cameos were in that bunch and the silver 1940's were in one of the rolls

those cameos are not circulation strikes. I believe they came from a set of some type..

I've found a few proofs in circulation, most recently a 1984 10c. I've also spent quite a few proof, PL, and SP coins into circulation

Those dimes appear to be from proof sets...a friend of mine recently gave me a proof dime he found in circulation...he works at Tim Horton's and watches the till for coins that stand out...

i find them all the time, just last week I got like $100 in dollar coins and 50 cent pieces, and the majority of them were either proofs,or PL strikes.
I have found proof nickels, including a sterling silver one, proof dimes and quarters (both silver and nickel)
I have not yet found any proof pennies though.

I found a specimen nickel (2000 or 2006, something like that) a couple of years ago when CRH. I suppose people take some coins out of sets and release them. Your two cameos came from proof sets like the others said. What a great find though, along with the silver! Very rewarding trip to the bank
