I didn't have time to work on more pics today, but through the loop it very much looks like a raised D secondary mint mark in about the right place. But the primary mint mark seems too far west for 1MM-020. Something is going on here, just not sure what, as the die scratch in the hair looks just right and seems an unlikely coincidence.
