Picked up for $53. What do you think of each one? Problem? Problem free?

All harshly cleaned at a minimum with the exception of the Washington. The Bust also has graffiti.

Yes, all but the Washington quarter have been harshly cleaned. The Standing Liberty has regained some toning. The Reduced Size Bust Quarter has a name engraved in the obverse field. I am surprised you miss that since it is quite obvious even with the small picture. In today's market, it would be virtually impossible to buy a type set of quarters like this without problems for $53.

Agree, not an attractive lot. What looks too good to be true usually is.

From a numismatic point of view, a poorly understood commercial attempt to market a visually balanced set. Perhaps it would have been better to have included a heavily toned and condition matched Washington quarter, with the rest 'as is', rather than cleaned. At $53, still OK for the price.

I love the holders. Didn't know they made these.

This is where problem coins end up.
What a rip.

Harshly cleaned coins, regardless of what you pay, will be the coins you wish you never bought if you advance in your collecting interests.
