The position is correct but the doubling looks a little different. Let's get a few more eyes on it.

Some of the thing are die chips. I think where the leaves and torch cross is hub doubling

With the other die chips present, I think this is also a die chip on the torch. A die gouge usually only affects the fields. The die is starting to fall apart slowly.

I think it might be a doubled die. You should send it in to Wexler. Even if it isn't a doubled die, it's better to know for sure than to not know at all.
