The top half of the obverse and top half of the reverse (unless it's a 180-degree rotated die, I have NO idea how this happened) are decently struck. However, the lower half of the reverse is very weakly struck. Normally, you wouldn't not see ribbing on the leaves on the upper-right, especially in this grade, but the bow and surrounding leaves will have some detail. The opposite happened. Plus, the top half of the "III" has lines and the bottom half is missing. Bizarre!
