I have an 1858 seated liberty similar to one found in Heritage Auctions archives-

https://coins.ha.com/itm/seated-hal...bnail-071515

There are what appear to be three vertical clashes beneath the left elbow where the draping should be. Also there are three horizontal lines (die scratches?) beneath her left knee. These are not seen (to my very limited knowledge) on other seated liberties and I was wondering if any one knows if this is a variety that has been recorded?
Rest in Peace

We really need to see photos of your coin to answer those very specific questions. At least I'd need to.

Tried taking photos, but not as successful as the coin shown on HA that I linked to. Clashes and "die scratches" (?) appear very clear in the Heritage photo and are nearly identical to the ones on my coin.

I check for information for this year coin. The 1858 halves were type 1 with the drapery below the elbow. So if that is what you are seeing as a clash, that is normal for this year.
