Picked Up Some Nice Doubled Dies Off Ebay For Pretty Cheap!

It was actually a working hub that was doubled, making more than one die show doubling. It is know as 1968-S 1¢ WWHO-001 on Wexler's site: http://doubleddie.com/814681.html The reverse die markers will vary, depending on which reverse die it was matched with. I think only Wexler recognizes it as a doubled working hub, I might be wrong, but if it is it doesn't seem like there were many dies produced with that working hub. So even if it is a doubled working hub, it is still pretty uncommon. Report this Post to the Staff

They were too easy to find and had different mint mark locations. I mentioned that to Bob Piazza, the he hadn't considered that yet. (it was news to him) Now I read that John had noticed that.
