what is this every indent and imperfection is a number letter or image?!? sometimes it says 1990 1920 1970 1940 n more IDK what to think could it be worth anything even the seriously messed up side is writing tho its hard to tell on the pic. sorry my camera is not the best lol

to CCF. It is a 1970 Lincoln Cent with a lot of damage.Maybe a parking lot coin,you know found in a parking lot after a bunch of cars drove over it.

@Maib, welcome to CCF. In 1959, the reverse design was changed on US cents to what your coin has. That is how we know that it cannot be those earlier dates. I agree with the others that with this amount of damage, it is worth no more than $0.01 and can be spent.

That Cent has more eye appeal than my ex, and I would toss that also..

All Lincoln Cents from 1909 to 1958 have a Wheat Back..
