I also thought 64 with a shot at 65.

My grade was MS-64. It looks close to MS-65, but there appears to be some dullness on the reverse. Subdued luster tends to lower the grade. It's also possible to find 1904-O dollars with a fully struck reverse. This one is better than average, but not full.

Until someone conducts an independent reliability study, utilizing solid research methodology and appropriate statistical analysis, among other features, it's difficult to know the extent to which the major TPGs provide consistently accurate grades.
