@panic, first welcome to CCF. Second, I'm quite sure that this is medieval German States. Off the top of my head, maybe Kaernten? The inscription on the front is BERNHARD.

I'll see what I can dig up on this coin. Also, I'm going to recommend that it get moved over to the ancients/medieval section of CCF.

Hi. nice to have found such a greate place.
I've been looking for a long time from Google to find similar looking coins.

Can you guess what century it belongs to?
Is the back side of the coin have a castle or a church?
