I know someone told me what this was called ,But for the life of me I can't remember. My apologies,But the rim is wider on one side than the other. Thanks for the advice!

Looks like it was struck with a tilted die. Also there was a MAD issue as well.

Curious if the edge reeding is continuous and or consistent all the way around? Seems to be slightly out of round. Thanks, Doug.

The reeding is almost gone. The thinnest spot is just north of the forehead.
